The Avaya Merlin Magix Release 4.0 Processor has Record-A-Call that allows users to record telephone voice conversations to their voice mailbox. A Merlin Messaging System Release 4.0 or later is also required for the Record-A-Call feature to operate. WinSPM R9 supports administration of the new features associated with Release 4.0.
