Shipping Policies
We provide shipping through UPS or DHL.
» We promise speedy delivery, offering UPS shipping and getting your orders out the door as fast as possible (usually same day). In fact, orders shipped via our ground shipping method average 4.3 business days to arrive from the time of purchase.
We also offer expedited shipping options at standard shipping rates (3 Day Shipping, 2nd Day Air, Next Day).
On any shipments to noncontingent states or territories of the United States, including military mail, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees without prior notification.
When do orders Ship?
Business-day orders placed by 12:30 pm PST usually ship the same day.
We put priority on orders in which customers choose non-discount, expedited shipping, and although we can't guarantee it ships the same day, if placed by 12:30pm Pacific, these orders should be shipped that day. Almost every order is shipped within 48 hours. There are some exceptions, however, depending on the circumstances and products.
Canadian Shipping Options
Items Ineligible for regular Shipping ?
Some Individual items, such as Plasma Televisions and some LCD Televisions and others, as determined by eValueZone.com, may not qualify for regular shipping costs due to their size and fragility. These items are usually over 40 pounds and have sensitive parts, such as the screens of some Televisions. Please call for accurate shipping costs if you are interested in an item that may apply or we will contact you if an order is placed for such an item.
Shipping to Canada
We have been receiving a disproportionate amount of complaints from Canadian customers about duties and shipping costs. We are not responsible for government duties and shipping is usually at cost.

Return Policies
Basic Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund (there is 20% restocking fee) within 30 days of receipt of shipment by filling out our online Returns form and returning it to the proper address within 30 days of order receipt. Almost all items* may be returned for refund. We reply with a Return authorization number and instructions.
*Different Refund rules apply to the Phone Systems Category items and Big TVs (see below).
Return Shipping?
When shipping an item for return, the customer takes full responsibility for getting the item(s) to us and thus coordinating insurance of such item(s) with the shipping company. Shipping costs to get the item returned is also the responsibility of the customer. eValueZone.com will not take responsibility for undelivered items or items delivered defective, broken or in any other form other than that of its original form.
Credit Card refund?
Returned items must be stocked and properly processed before refunds are issued to the customer's credit card. From the day we receive the item(s) in our warehouse, credit card refunds may take up to 25 days to be issued, depending on processing constraints.
Original shipping cost?
Any shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
Is there a restocking fee?
There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all items returned for refund.
Refusal of Returns?
eValueZone.com also reserves the right to refuse any return in which the product is opened or not in its original form, with its original accessories, manuals, instructions, and anything else that came with the original package. Products that are determined to have been damaged by the customer will also be denied for return. Please make sure the return is in its orginal form.

Big TVs Refunds?
TVs over 27 inches will NOT be issued returns or refunds at all. It is the reponsibility of the customer to fully inspect the product upon delivery and have it refused if it is not in proper form or not what they ordered. For warranty information, please see the manufacturer of the TV. Please do not contact us regarding warranties of TVs over 27 inches. We will just redirect you to the manufacturer. Before buying a TV over 27 inches, please contact the manufacturer for warranty specifications.
PBX Phone Systems Refunds?
New and Like New PBX Phone Systems products located in the PBX Phone Systems category of our site are NON-refundable and NON-returnable unless the reason for return is the fault of eValueZone.com. See warranty (Return for Replacement) information below regarding defective PBX Phone Systems equipment.
This rule is only limited to the PBX Phone Systems section. All other items on eValueZone.com are brand New and fall under the normal returns policies and procedures.

Important Notice about International Orders
All orders outside the jurisdiction of the United States are non-refundable and non-returnable. Any warranty remediations must be taken up with the manufacturer of the product and therefore the rules and procedures of this manufacturer apply. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Exchanges or Store Credit
eValueZone.com does not accept returns for exchanges or store credit. If you want to return an item or items within 30 days of delivery, eValueZone.com only issues refunds to customer credit cards.

Warranty Information
Most products* on the eValueZone.com website have a one year manufacturer's warranty, but warranties vary by manufacturer.** Please be sure to register your product(s) with the manufacturer, through the registration form sent with the item or on the manufacturer's website or over the phone. This will secure your warranty with the manufacturer, so you can contact them if anything goes wrong within this period.
If you received the item damaged or defective or the item becomes defective, please contact the manufacturer to have this item repaired or replaced. You can find warranty information, including where to register and redeem your warranty, with the product manual that came with the item or within the manufacturer packaging.
In some cases the manufacturer might ask us to replace defective items for them within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. If eValueZone.com replaces the defective item, please understand that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective item to us. We will pay to get the replacement to you (using standard shipping). Replacements will only be sent once the defective return is received.

Big TVs Warranty?
For warranty information, please see the manufacturer of the TV. Please do not contact us regarding warranties of TVs over 27 inches; you will just be redirected to the manufacturer. Before buying a TV over 27 inches, please contact the manufacturer for warranty specifications. Once TVs over 27 inches are shipped, there are no returns or refunds and warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer immediately after purchase.
Refurbished PBX Equipment* Warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all refurbished PBX phones from our Phone Systems category. This warranty is fully backed by Startel Technologies, Inc. (not the manufacturers of these products)!
This means that in the case a refurbished PBX item becomes defective within 1 year of the transaction, eValueZone.com takes full responsiblity to replace or repair these items.** On all defective returns, customer pays for defective item to be shipped back to the proper location for replacement. Defective items must be returned (delivered) to their proper return addresses with the eValueZone.com-issued RA on the front of the box, before replacements are shipped out (No exceptions). Customer will NOT incur any cost for the shipping of the replacement item(s) back to the customer. Please do not call to return items. All returns are authorized through email. In the case that an item or items become defective within 30 days of delivery date, please fill out the following form for return instructions:
