General Info:
- RepairTech warranties are an extension to the manufacturer's warranty, which is usually 1 year. Thus if you purchase a RepairTech 3 year warranty and the manufacturer offers a 1 year warranty, your item will have a warranty period of 4 years!
- RepairTech's warranty goes into effect after the manufacturer's warranty period has ended.
- If your product breaks within its RepairTech warranty period, RepairTech will first attempt to repair the product. If they cannot repair it, they will replace it with a product of greater or equal value.
General Instructions:
After purchasing your warranty, a Warranty Service Plan will be shipped with your purchased product. Once received, you will be given instructions to register your plan by one of three methods (Mail, Internet, Phone).
All warranties are extensions to the Manufacturer's Warranty, which is usually a 1 year period.
All warranties are provided by RepairTech, a third party.

using the most up to date computers and state of the art testing equipment needed to properly

Authorized Repair Centers RepairTech repair centers are authorized to repair for over 150
manufacturers.
Free Annual Cleaning and 21 Point Diagnostic Inspection* We will clean and inspect your product
annually to ensure of no defects.
Nationwide Service** Local service across the United States.
Worldwide Service** With our worldwide service you can rest assure that your protect is
covered wherever you may be.
No Added Charges You will not pay any out of pocket expenses for your repair. Unlike
some protection plans that charge a deductible, your service plan covers all expenses related to
repairing or replacing your product.
Unlimited Service Calls There is no limit to the number of repairs throughout the life of your
service plan. If it is determined that your product can no longer be repaired, it will be replaced
with a new product of like kind and quality.
Replacement Policy If your product can not be repaired, it will be replaced with product of
equivalent or greater value.
Totally Transferable You can sell or give your product away at any time. The coverage can be
transferred to the new owner with one phone call.
No Lemon Policy We want to make sure you are happy with your product. If your product fails and
needs repair three times for the same reason (outside the manufacturer’s warranty), it will be
replaced.
On-Site Service*** On site service is available, and you will not have to leave your home or
business. Let the service come to you.
* Free annual cleaning applies to Film Cameras, Laptop Computers, Digital and Video Cameras only.
** Mail in service where local service is not available.
*** Available when "In-Home" is stated on the front of your RepairTech warranty card, valid in the

Contest Terms and Conditions:
All registrations received by midnight of the 31st of December 2004
will be entered. There is one winner of this drawing. The prize consists of one Home Theatre System.
When registering your protection plan online between now and December, 31st 2004, you will
automatically be entered in the drawing. Only one entry per person and per email address will be
entered. This competition is open to all US residents aged 18 and over. The winner will be selected
at random from among all valid warranty registrations that have been received online via our website
repairtechinc.com during the competition period. No responsibility will be accepted for prizes which
fail to reach the recipient due to failure of postal or distribution services. The winner will be
notified by email within 30 days of the drawing's closing date. If a winner fails to confirm
acceptance of the prize by return email within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to offer the
prize to another entrant. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity. The prize
is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable and no cash alternative will be given. Gift
vouchers or other prizes to an equivalent value may be offered as an alternative. Resale of the
prizes is not permitted. The promoter's decision as to the winner is final and binding and no
correspondence will be entered in to. The promotion is not open to any employees of RepairTech Inc.,
their Dealers, their Repair Centers or families. Void where prohibited by law. Terms and conditions
