> When
will my items arrive?
Your products will arrive in the amount
of time it takes to process the order plus the time it takes
for the order to be shipped out to your location.
Orders placed on any business day before 12:30 pm PST (noon
Pacific Standard Time) usually ship out the same day. All
other orders ship on the following business day. UPS ground
shipping takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Add these together and get a 3-6 business day window for ground
packages to arrive.
Since we ship most packages from the center of the country,
we're able to greatly cut down on shipping time. In fact,
we've calculated our average arrival time to be 4.3 business
days for packages sent via Ground Shipping.
Of course, we have quicker shipping options available. If
you need a package sooner (maybe tomorrow) give us a call.

• Can
I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
It may be possible to cancel
an order after you have submitted it to eValueZone.com,
but only if your order has not already been processed.
If you would like to cancel an order, please let
us know immediately so we can accommodate your
request. If your order has been processed we cannot
cancel it for you, and you will need to return
the item by filling out the returns form. All
processed orders must be returned with a return
authorization. |
• How
do I know if a product on your website is new or refurbished?
All items we sell on our website
are new from the manufacturer EXCEPT most PBX
telephones. Refurbished PBX phones are marked
"Like New" under the Choose Condition drop
down in the Add to Cart box. |
• How
do I know if an item is in stock?
We do our very best to keep
all items listed on our website in stock. If you
would like to know the current inventory status
of an item before you place an order, please contact
us, and we will be happy to give you the most
accurate inventory status. |
• What
if I ordered an item that is out of stock?
In the rare event the item
you order is out of stock, you will be notified
immediately via email. eValueZone.com does keep
backorders for your convenience. If you are interested
in waiting, we will keep your order on file until
the item arrives. Your credit card will not be
charged until the item is shipped, and you will
be notified prior to shipping that the item has
become available. You can also cancel a back order
at any time. |

• How
long will my order take to be processed and shipped out?
Orders received before 12:30
pm Pacific Standard Time on any business day usually
ship the same day. Most other orders ship the
following business day unless on back-order.
If you wish to find out when an important package
will ship out, please feel free to contact us.

• How
long does Ground Shipping take?
All packages sent within the
48 Continental US States are shipped via UPS Ground.
Most ground packages take 3-7 business days to
arrive AFTER BEING SHIPPED OUT. You will be emailed
a tracking number to track your packages, except
on some lower priced packages which will be shipped
via the US Postal Service.
Ground Packages shipped to non-continental US
States or Territories (such as Alaska, Hawaii,
Guam, and Virgin Islands) are shipped via US Post.
The USPS estimates, but does NOT guarantee, delivery
between 2 - 9 days. |
• What
guarantees do I have with Expedited Shipping Methods (Next
Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day)?
These packages are all sent
via UPS, and carry the UPS guarantee that they
will be delivered on their expected dates. Don't
forget, it may take an additional day to process
and send these packages out, so please factor
this in. Also, if UPS is unable to deliver the
package on time due to weather issues, UPS will
NOT REFUND shipping costs. If you need to find
out exactly when a package will arrive please
call us. |
• Do
you ship Internationally?
We have been receiving a disproportionate
amount of complaints from Canadian customers about
duties and shipping costs. Because of this, we
no longer feel we can fully satisfy their needs,
and therefore we will no longer be shipping to
Canada through the website.
Nevertheless, if you are in Canada and you understand
you will be charged a duty, please call and we
will create a custom order for you. Shipping cost
will be determined. If you have any questions
about International Shipping Policy, please call
and speak to one of our representatives. |
• What
courier will you use to ship my package?
We ship most items via UPS.
Some items under under 1 lb and less than $50
may be shipped via the US Postal Service.
If you have a question about the shipment of your
item, or if need to contact UPS for any reason,
you can reach UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS, or you can
access their website at www.ups.com.

• What
if I live in a location UPS does not ship to?
If you live in a place UPS
delivery is unavailable, such as an APO address,
we can ship your item via USPS. |
• What
happens when UPS returns my package to eValueZone.com?
If an order is returned to
shipper, we will provide you with a refund for
the merchandise after it has been received and
re-stocked in our warehouse. Please note that it
is not our policy to charge a restocking fee on
returns. However, if we special order the item(s)
from a vendor and we are charged a restocking fee,
a restocking fee will be charged to the customer. |

• Will
I be charged a re-stocking fee on refunds?
It is not our policy to
charge a restocking fee on returns. However,
if we special order the item(s) from a vendor
and we are charged a restocking fee, a restocking
fee will be charged to the customer. |
• Will
I be refunded original shipping costs on refunds?
All original shipping costs
paid by the customer will not be refunded in the
event of a return. Shipping costs are not refunded
to the customer because these services have been
rendered, and the shipper (usually UPS) does not
refund shipping costs. |
• What
if my item is defective?
If you received the item damaged
or defective or the item becomes defective, please
contact the manufacturer to have this item repaired
or replaced. You can find warranty information,
including where to register and redeem your warranty,
with the product manual that came with the item
or within the manufacturer packaging. |
• How
do I return an Item for refund?
For full return instructions
please visit our
returns
page. Here's a brief synopsis of our returns
process.
Unless otherwise stated, you may return any new,
unopened items within 30 days of delivery for
a refund. If you would like to return an item please fill out the
returns
form. Approximately
1 business day after the form is submitted, you
will be emailed with a return address and a return
authorization number. |
• Which
items are not refundable?
PBX items are NOT refundable.
If you need help selecting a compatible phone
for your system please contact us and we will
be happy to assist you. If you are not sure if
the item you would like to purchase is refundable,
please contact us and one of our representatives
will advise you.

• What
should I do if I have submitted a returns form and have
not received a response?
All returns forms require approximately
24 hours to process. Please keep in mind that
forms are only processed during regular working
hours. Therefore, if your order is submitted on
a Friday evening, you should expect to receive
a response by Tuesday. If you have not received
a response within a few working days, please contact
us via email and we will check to see if your
request was received. |
• How
long does it take to refund a credit card?
Credit card refunds will be
issued to your card 25 days or sooner after an
item has been received by our warehouse. After
a credit is issued to your card it usually takes
2-3 days for the credit to post on your statement.
If you have not received a credit on your card
after this 25 day period, please contact us. |
• Can
I exchange an item?
eValueZone.com does not accept
any exchanges. If you have purchased one item,
and would like to exchange it for another, please
return the first item for refund, and place an
order for the desired item. |
• When
will my replacement be here?
Replacements are sent out immediately
after an item is received and re-stocked in our
warehouse. Please keep in mind that it may take
up to 5 days to unload and re-stock your received
package. eValueZone.com will take every measure
to get your replacement item out to you as soon
as possible. |
